How can psychedelic integration happen?
Some experiences cannot be put into words. They keep working within us – as an image, a feeling, an intuition or an open question. On this evening we create a space in which psychedelic experiences may resonate and continue to unfold.
We begin in a confidential sharing circle. A space in which what has been experienced may be heard just as it is – light or heavy, clear or still unformed. It is not about interpreting or judging, but about being present; for yourself and for one another.
After a break we let go of words and turn towards the body. Through the Movement Medicine dance practice we move into another form of experiencing. We listen to the body and its intelligence – to what may not yet have found words, and to what wants to be embodied further. No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are, and with whatever you bring. You can join one of the two parts or experience the whole evening.

- 8–9 pm: Movement Medicine
Suggested prices: CHF 15 / 25 / 30–50 (the two parts can be attended separately)
